Alpha Rho Chapter Alumni Association Pays Tribute To Our Fallen Brother Hon. James William Palmer, J

Brother James W. Palmer, Jr. served as President of Alpha Rho Chapter 1976-77. He was initiated into the Chapter in Fall 1975 as a member of the Sagacious 17.

He was a judge on the Vicinage 3 Superior Court in New Jersey. He was appointed to the court in 2009. His initial seven-year term ended on January 14, 2016, however, he was reappointed to a second term on December 17, 2015.

Palmer received his B.A. in political science from Morehouse College in 1977, his MBA in management from Roosevelt University, his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington and his Ed.M. (Higher Education Administration) from Columbia University.
